Ellender was welcoming and enthusiastic from the moment we joined the course. The way in which the information was explained, combined with real life examples, made learning the contents easy and enjoyable. I feel I have taken a huge amount from the course and that is in no small part because of the way in which it was delivered by Ellender.

I've recently completed my Mental Health First Aid Course with Ellender as my instructor. There were plenty of course materials to guide me through, which I can always refer back to. The group webinars were extremely informative and easy to follow! Ellender was amazing in achieving a sense of community within the group. I would highly recommend this course due to the relaxed and supportive learning environment created by Ellender.

Ellender has fantastic communication skills and is able to promote some very serious topics in a way that grasps your attention and makes you want to know more! Ellender is approachable, encouraging and very mindful of any impact of the subject on participants.

I thoroughly enjoyed Ellender's Mental Health First Aid sessions. She carried a friendly, informative and enthusiastic approach to a serious and hard subject. Our organisation are now looking into creating a MHFA hub for all our Mental Health First Aiders thanks to Ellender's training initiative! I would definitely recommend attending her training!
